Monica McNeely



Monica M. McNeely is an attorney who is committed to her clients and her work. As an Associate at Conway Denson & Associates, LLC, Monica’s primary practice areas are Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, and Workers’ Compensation.  She also practices in the areas of Medical Malpractice, General Civil Litigation, and Criminal Defense.  Before joining the firm, Monica worked as a corporate (mergers & acquisitions) and real estate attorney for K&L Gates, LLP in Pittsburgh, PA. Monica is currently licensed to practice in Mississippi and Pennsylvania.  Additionally, she is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.

In addition to her legal career, Monica was previously employed as a Grant Writer & Resource Development Manager for a local nonprofit, through which she received training from NeighborWorks America in various areas including Nonprofit Management & Leadership.  In February 2019, Monica became a nationally certified grant writer through the American Grant Writer’s Association.
Monica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Grambling State University in 2005 and her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law in 2008.  While attending law school, Monica was as a member and Senior Articles Editor of the Howard Law Journal.

A proud native of Mississippi, Monica volunteers in various capacities with several community based organizations thereby fulfilling her passion of service to her community.  She is currently a member of the Magnolia Bar Association (Southeastern District Director), Mississippi Bar, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
